At Cactalust, we strive to ensure that you are delighted with your plant purchase. However, if you encounter any issues, our return policy is as follows:
1. Return Period: Returns must be initiated instantly, within 3-5 days of receiving the plant.
2. Accepted Returns: We accept returns for:
○ Damaged Pots: If the pot is damaged upon arrival.
○ Dead Plants: If the plant arrives dead or in poor health.
3. Return Process: Please contact us with a photo of the damaged pot or plant to initiate a return. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund as soon as possible.
