          1 . 1   Company Information: Cactalust (PVT) Ltd we are a plant-selling business based at Kandy Sri Lanka.

2. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

          2 . 1  Products: We sell a variety of plants, gardening supplies, and related products. Descriptions and images of products are for informational purposes. Please note that.                                                                actual plant appearance may vary due to natural variation.

          2 . 2  Availability: Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the number of items per order or cancel any order if a product is out of stock.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT

          3 . 1  Pricing: Prices listed on our website are in currency and are subject to change without notice. We strive to ensure the accuracy of prices, but errors may occur. If we find an                                                    error in pricing, we will notify you and give you the option to confirm or cancel your order.

          3 . 2  Payment: Payments are accepted through cash on delivery, card payment, and Koko. Payment must be made in full before your order is processed and shipped.

4. ORDERS AND SHIPPING

         4 . 1  Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email and a text message. This does not signify acceptance of your order; it is simply an                                                                       acknowledgment that we have received it.

         4 . 2  Shipping: Shipping fees, taxes, and delivery estimates will be provided during checkout. We will do our best to ensure timely delivery, but we are not responsible for delays due                                                to external factors like weather or courier issues.

          4 . 3  Risk of Loss: All purchases are shipped according to the terms provided at checkout. The risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery by the carrier.

5. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

           5 . 1  Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund, provided it has not been shipped yet.

          5 . 2  Returns: Due to the perishable nature of plants, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged upon arrival. If your plant arrives damaged, please contact us within 2                                               days with a photo, and we will issue a replacement or refund.

          5 . 3  Refunds: Refunds will be issued within 14 days to the original payment method.

6. PLANT CARE AND LIABILITY

          6 . 1  Care Instructions: We provide general care instructions for each plant. However, the health and growth of your plants depend on many factors, such as location, care, and                                                                     environment.

          6 . 2  No Guarantees: We do not guarantee the survival or growth of plants once they are delivered, as proper care after delivery is the customer’s responsibility.

          6 . 3  Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All content, including images, text, and logos on our website, is the property of Cactalust (PVT) LTD and may not be used or reproduced without our permission.

8. PRIVACY
